Polaroid & Poladroid

I've found the software called "Poladroid" which coverts ordinary digital images into Polaroid looking images. It's very easy to use, and gives interesting results.

デジタルカメラで撮ったイメージをポラロイド風の写真に変えてくれるPoladroidと言う面白いソフトを見つけました。ファイルをドラグ＆ドロップするだけのお気楽ソフトです。

Go under water

I took my wife's waterproof camera to take some under water shots on a local stream. I hold fish in the net, put the camera under water, and took a few shots.

It was much harder than I thought. The shots were out of focus and out of frame like this picture. May be I should give up Auto Focus but use Manual Focus instead.

防水機能付きのコンパクトデジカメで水中写真を試みましたが・・・。結果はさっぱりでした。同じカメラで良い写真を撮っている方も沢山いらっしゃるようなんで、カメラが悪いのでは無く、腕が悪いだけですね。

オートフォーカスだとなかなかピントが合わない様だったので、次はマニュアルで距離を始めから定めておいてから、カメラもしくは魚を移動させて撮ってみます。
