the weight of 1 goal

I was watching Japan vs Cameroon game last night, and I must say that Japan did really well to hold their 1 goal lead till the end.
Their defensive tactics for the second half was not enjoyable to watch, and probably Cameroon was unlucky not to get an equalizer when the ball hit a cross bar. Having said that, I was still happy that Japan got their important 3 points.

I think a beauty of soccer (or football) lies in its difficulty to score a goal. We do see 5 - 0 game from time to time, but that is very rare in international competitions. The weight of 1 goal is big in soccer and that makes the game exciting and dramatic.

I guess, fly fishing for bream is similar to a soccer match. We can catch 5 or 6 fish in a session sometime, but that is exceptional. Getting one hook up is a usual thing on a day on rivers around here, and that makes this fishing challenging.
